FAQs for Your Singing Waiter Performance:

1. Who should I inform about the performance?

Keep the performance a surprise! Ideally, tell no one except the venue/caterer, ensuring they don’t disclose the act to anyone else.

2. When can I choose the songs?

We have a dynamic set list of around 25 songs, with 8 typically performed in a 30-minute show. We’ll finalize song choices close to your event date. Let us know if you'd like to see our current list. Custom arrangements require at least 4 weeks’ notice, and we recommend choosing well-known or sentimental tracks that suit an acoustic style.

3. Will you interact with specific guests?

Yes, our show includes moments focused on specific guests to enhance the narrative. These guests should be prominent and well-known within your group for maximum impact. We’ll discuss this in detail during the pre-event call.

4. Which performers will attend?

Our team of experienced West End professionals ensures a consistent experience, regardless of the combination of performers. While exact performers are confirmed closer to the date, specific requests can be accommodated when possible.

5. Do I need to inform my venue or caterer?

Yes, please inform your venue/caterer about our act. We’ll contact them a week prior to address any concerns and confirm details. We pose as wait staff but don’t handle food service, ensuring no disruption to their operations.

6. Will you match the venue staff's uniform?

We aim to match the venue staff's attire. During our pre-event contact, we’ll confirm uniform details and bring standard black/white shirts, trousers, and aprons. If branded items are needed, venues typically lend them to us.

7. When do you need final timings?

Exact timings can be confirmed during the pre-event call. We arrive 90 minutes before our start time and remain on-site throughout the event.

8. When should the performance begin?

Our act works best toward the end of the meal, after the last course is served. For events without a formal dinner, we recommend some waiter interaction before starting the performance.

9. Can the venue serve during the performance?

No, all service (including clearing plates and serving drinks) should pause during our performance.

10. What are your requirements on the day?

We need a private changing space for storing equipment, warming up, and maintaining the act’s secrecy. This space should include hot food and soft drinks for the performers.

11. Do you need amplification?

Our act is typically unamplified, suitable for up to 100 guests indoors. For larger venues or outdoor events, amplification may be necessary. We can bring sound equipment or provide a Technical Rider for existing setups.
